The collection of household goods for Fresh Start, 15-17 October, was outstandingly successful. 60 boxes were packed and two vans and two cars, the vans made two trips each, were needed to transport everything.
Fresh Start works to help homeless people move back into a home of their own and items such as bedding, kitchen equipment, crockery and small electrical items are exactly what they need.
