Balerno Parish Church is a congregation of the Church of Scotland in Edinburgh. We are a spiritually diverse and inclusive Church with a lively church fellowship made up of people of all different ages who are inspired by the words of Jesus in Matthew 28:16-20.

baptising them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,
and teaching them to obey everything Jesus have commanded.”

In June 2025 Balerno Parish Church was linked with Currie Kirk to become Balerno linked with Currie. This change is part of the Church of Scotland’s Radical Action Plan and is a step towards full union of the two congregations.
