Facility Hire

The church has a number of rooms that are available for use by the community as well as church groups.
Please check availability with the Church Office (bpc-admin@balernochurch.org.uk 0131 449 7245).
NB  The St. Joseph’s kitchen is not normally available to non-church groups.  For any group wanting to use the kitchen at least one member of the team must hold a current Food Hygiene certificate and the guidelines must be adhered to.  Click to view St Joseph’s Hall Kitchen Guidelines

The Church

A bright attractive venue with excellent acoustics. Seats up to 200. Click here for the church layout

St Joseph’s Hall

A bright attractive hall, used by The Mill cafe during most days of the week. Seats up to 160 concert style or 125 banquet style. There is also an excellent kitchen attached to the hall. Click here for banquet layout Click here for halls concert layout.

Ogston Hall

A versatile hall. There is a small kitchen attached. Seats up to 124 concert style or 100 banquet style. Click here for banquet layout Click here for halls concert layout.

Shepherd Room

A committee room ideal for meetings of up to 20 people.

Charges applicable from 1st December 2025

All charges are per hour or part thereof and are payable at the time of booking
