‘Summer Treats’ will be held on Wednesday the 25th of June at 7pm in the St Joseph’s Centre.
This year Balerno Guild will be supporting, Release International’s, ‘Operation Hope’.
Release International is a charity who support persecuted Christians worldwide. In this project they will be working with over 2,000 Christians based in 100 villages throughout Upper Egypt. The Guild will be helping to improve basic living facilities, establish income generating work and provide Pastoral care.
The hope is that poverty will be allievated and the impact of persecution and marginalisation reduced.
Please come along, and help raise funds for this National Guild Project by enjoying a glass of Pimms and some sweet treats, for a suggested donation of £5.
