Communications Consent Form

Balerno Parish Church is updating how it communicates with and supports its members asking for their help in two ways:

1. Preferred Method of Contact: Please let us know the best way to keep in touch with you (e.g., email, phone call, text message, post/delivery, home visit).
2. Contact Information Permission: We request your permission to use your contact details, especially your email address, to send a regular pastoral message and relevant Church information. We can assure you that your information will be kept secure and used solely for church-related communication.
