Many will know of the Foodbank that is run by Holy Trinity Parish Church in Wester Hailes. As a congregation we have a collecting point in entrance to St Joseph’s and several times a month we take what has been collected down to the foodbank.
Recently we received a letter, thanking us, and other groups and organisations, for helping them but very importantly the letter also lets us know the scale of the problem and what they are doing to tackle it.
